Factory-level vehicle data ushers in new era of transparency and reliability

AutoData Middle East, the UAE’s leading provider of automotive data intelligence solutions, has signed a landmark agreement with Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services GmbH. This partnership establishes AutoData Middle East as a pioneer of transparency in the MENA region, introducing direct OEM data integration at scale through its Vehicle Report platform. By securing factory-level vehicle specifications via secure API connections, the collaboration strengthens trust across the sector. Already partnered with over 40 leading organisations and supporting more than 42,000 users in making safer purchasing decisions, Vehicle Report will now deliver even greater accuracy thanks to this milestone collaboration.

Traditionally, decoding vehicles in the UAE has been problematic, owing to extensive regional customisation and the prevalence of bespoke or limited-edition orders that do not conform to global VIN standards. The new partnership resolves these challenges by supplying factory-authenticated data directly from Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services GmbH’s global systems. All data exchange is fully compliant with international data protection laws, ensuring exceptional precision in identifying trims, configurations, and equipment options.

“This is a game-changer for automotive data in the Middle East,” said Sebastian Fuchs, Managing Director of AutoData Middle East. “By partnering directly with Mercedes-Benz Connectivity Services GmbH, we remove guesswork and bring factory-level precision to dealers, insurers, and platforms. Vehicle Report is rapidly becoming an indispensable tool for anyone buying or selling a car, empowering users with the reliable insights they need to make smarter, safer decisions. This is what the future of data transparency looks like, and we’re proud to lead it.”

The API-driven technology will be integrated across AutoData Middle East’s platforms, including Vehicle Report, DealRevs, and its wider suite of digital tools. The solution enhances accuracy for incomplete or hard-to-decode VINs, offering customers richer vehicle details. For example, users of Vehicle Report will now enjoy access to expanded specifications for custom-built and limited-production cars, where information has traditionally been inconsistent or absent.

Key advancements from the integration include:

    • Accurate model year verification for non-standard VINs.
    • Factory-verified trim and configuration insights for each vehicle.
    • Extensive equipment and specification details displayed seamlessly across AutoData’s portfolio.

With over 12 years’ expertise, AutoData Middle East continues to set the standard for automotive data transparency. Daily use of Vehicle Report has tripled, and 84% of buyers report no post-purchase issues. By delivering factory-certified information across dealers, insurers, marketplaces, and consumers, the company is reshaping trust in the digital car-buying landscape across MENA.
