QnA International has confirmed the Moscow City Tourism Committee as a Destination Partner for the 4th Annual Kingdom Business & Luxury Travel (KBLT) Congress, set to take place on 15–16 September 2025 in Riyadh.
The KBLT Congress stands as the leading invitation-only platform for Saudi buyers to engage with global destinations, luxury resorts, DMCs, and travel industry leaders. Across two days of focused meetings, thought leadership sessions, and strategic networking, the event drives collaboration within Saudi Arabia’s booming outbound travel ecosystem.
Moscow’s partnership comes on the heels of extraordinary visitor growth. In 2024, the city recorded more than 52,000 Saudi arrivals, marking a 470% increase over 2023 figures. Since the introduction of Russia’s e-visas in August 2023, Saudi travellers have become the second-largest recipients, reflecting Moscow’s emergence as a priority destination.
The Russian capital is proactively enhancing its tourism offerings to cater to Saudi preferences. From signature cultural showcases like “Summer in Moscow” and “Winter in Moscow”, to expanding halal-friendly accommodations, dining options, and prayer facilities, the city is committed to cultural compatibility and seamless accessibility. Moscow is also positioning itself as a global business tourism hub, with flagship projects like the upcoming VDNH Expo, expected to become Russia’s largest venue for exhibitions and major events.
Maya Anurova, Head of Business Tourism Development Department, Moscow City Tourism Committee, stated:
“Moscow is ready to welcome more Saudi visitors than ever before. We offer a destination where rich heritage meets modern comfort, where luxury and authenticity coexist, and where every traveller — whether on business or leisure — can find a tailored experience. The remarkable growth in Saudi arrivals in 2024 proves that our efforts are working, and we are committed to strengthening these ties even further.”
By participating as a Destination Partner, Moscow aims to showcase its distinctive value proposition at KBLT 2025, positioning itself as a key player in the Kingdom’s growing luxury travel segment and strengthening bilateral tourism ties.

Sidh NC, Director of QnA International, commented:
“We are thrilled to welcome Moscow as a Destination Partner at KBLT 2025. The city’s remarkable growth in attracting Saudi travellers reflects the exciting opportunities that exist in this market. As the Kingdom’s outbound travel sector continues to expand, KBLT serves as the essential bridge between Saudi buyers and leading global destinations, and Moscow’s participation adds immense value to this dialogue.”
