Invitation-Only B2B Platform for Saudi Arabia’s Luxury and Business Travel Industry Leaders
QnA International has announced that the 4th Annual Kingdom Business & Luxury Travel (KBLT) Congress will take place in Riyadh on 15–16 September 2025, hosted at the Mövenpick Hotel and Residences Riyadh. The high-profile invitation-only event remains the premier B2B platform connecting Saudi Arabia’s most influential buyers in MICE, corporate, and luxury travel with leading global suppliers.
The boutique-style congress distinguishes itself from traditional exhibitions by delivering tangible results through pre-scheduled business meetings, expert sessions on Saudi travel behaviours, international keynotes on luxury hospitality, and networking activities designed to foster meaningful partnerships.
This year’s programme will highlight the evolution of luxury and business travel across generations, from Generation X’s appreciation for heritage to Generation Z’s search for Instagram-worthy experiences. Discussions will also focus on how incentive travel drives loyalty, the transformative potential of AI-powered personalisation, and whether sustainability or technology will shape the next major travel revolution. Sessions will further examine Saudi women as cultural influencers, the changing nature of VVIP travel, and the growing significance of wellness-led and purpose-driven journeys.
The congress will host over 120 qualified Saudi travel buyers, alongside international participants from luxury hotels, airlines, destinations, cruise companies, and DMCs. Topics will include expanding opportunities in halal-friendly tourism, wellness travel, multi-generational experiences, and influencer collaborations, aligned with Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030.
Sulaiman Al-Romi, Honorary Chairman of the Advisory Board, CEO of Saudi Premier Travel & Tourism Group, and Chairman of Gulf Reps Ltd., remarked on the importance of tailored services: “Loyalty is built through tailored experiences, not generic packages.” He predicted that by 2025, Saudi outbound travellers would be “younger, highly informed, and experience-driven with wellness, gastronomy, and cultural immersion defining their choices.”

On the role of the congress, Mr Al-Romi said: “Saudi outbound travel will continue to grow rapidly, led by a generation seeking global luxury with a local soul. KBLT plays a key role in guiding brands on how to authentically connect with Saudi travellers through strategic partnerships, insight sharing, and curated experiences that reflect the values and aspirations of the Kingdom.”
Director Mr Sidh NC underlined that the upcoming edition will be the most significant yet, describing KBLT as “a strategic catalyst where international leaders in business and luxury travel engage directly with Saudi stakeholders, shaping the partnerships that will define the Kingdom’s outbound travel sector in the years ahead.”
