Dubai’s beloved characters Modesh and Dana are inviting young minds to embark on a journey of discovery at Modesh World 2025, featuring 24 interactive, on-stage workshops created in collaboration with leading Dubai Government entities. Taking place daily until 28 August at Dubai World Trade Centre Halls 4–7, the much-loved family ‘edutainment’ attraction offers children of all ages the chance to dive into captivating activities — from science experiments and craft-making to games, cultural storytelling, and meeting their favourite characters. Subjects covered span from fire safety and scientific curiosity to cultural awareness and consumer education, all included in the refreshed unlimited access ticket.

A cornerstone of Dubai Summer Surprises (DSS), Modesh World is organised by DXB LIVE, the experiential agency of Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), in partnership with Dubai Festivals and Retail Establishment (DFRE).

This year’s specially tailored programme is developed alongside Dubai Ambulance, Community Development Authority, Children’s City, Dubai Electricity and Water Authority (DEWA), Dubai Municipality, Dubai Civil Defence, the Consumer Awareness team at Dubai Department of Economy and Tourism (DET), and the Sheikh Mohammed bin Rashid Al Maktoum Centre for Cultural Understanding (SMCCU). Expert-led sessions highlight Modesh World’s enduring mission to unite fun and learning.

The workshops are part of the all-inclusive day ticket, priced at AED 150 per child and AED 25 per adult. Families can enjoy unlimited entry to all attractions, with a “buy three, get one free” offer adding extra value. Esaad and Al Saada cardholders benefit from special discounts, while people of determination and their caregivers receive free entry.

    Immersive & Educational Highlights

The Community Development Authority (CDA) hosts inspiring daily talks and interactive moments with senior citizens until 28 August. DET’s Consumer Awareness Team engages children with competitions, films, and games on consumer rights. Dubai Municipality runs food and health safety workshops every Monday (12, 19, and 26 August), while Children’s City offers interactive science activities from 13 to 20 August. Dubai Civil Defence delivers safety and emergency preparedness workshops each Thursday (14, 21, and 28 August), featuring mascot “Salim” alongside real-life firefighters.

On 17 August, SMCCU presents cultural storytelling, trivia, and photo sessions for ages 5–10. Dubai Ambulance offers first aid education and performances with mascot “Suhail” from 19 to 21 August. DEWA brings live quizzes, workshops, and giveaways from 21 to 23 August, with mascots “Noor” and “Hayat” making special appearances.

Complementing these workshops are Modesh World’s themed zones, 118 attractions, and 316 live shows, all accessible via the unlimited all-day ticket. The venue is open 10am–10pm Monday to Thursday, and until midnight on weekends.
